Top Ten books on my Fall TBR

Top Ten Tuesday is an original/weekly meme hosted by The broke and the bookish.

Topic: Top Ten Books On my Fall TBR

I choose 10 books that I am hoping to read this fall that I have on my book shelf.  They are books I have that released this year that I just haven't got to but I really want to. (Except one that released a while back but I just want to read it)

Night Owls  is the next book on my reading list. It sounds so good and something am pretty sure I will like. (NOTE: It's called The Anatomical shape of a heart in the U.S.) Darkmere sounds haunting and I think it will be a perfect read around Halloween.

Emmy and Oliver is one I had most anticipated this year but just haven't read it and I don't know why. It will definitely be read soon. I think I prefer the U.S. cover to the UK one above. Playlist for the dead is another one of those books I have been wanting to read for ages and it will be read this fall.

Ink and Bone is another of those books that has been sitting there looking at me, it needs to be read. Velvet is just one of those books I know am going to love, just from the synopsis.

The Last Summer of us I was supposed to read in the summer. It's a summer road trip book, so it will be a good book to read in the fall to give me some memories of summer. I read the Vampire Academy series this year and now what to get to the companion series starting with Bloodlines

Pop Girl is a book that releases in October I need to get too. And finally Lying Out Loud is one I have been meaning to read. I have it on ebook and paperback so I must really want to read it but just haven't.

Have you read any of these books? What is on your TBR this fall?

  4. Emmy and Oliver is the one I've heard the most about and it's one I'd like to read sometime soon. But I'm trying to read mostly arcs at the moment. Night Owls looks great, I love that bus on the front. Happy fall/autumnal reading Megan!

  8. Emmy & Oliver!!! That is such a good life choice! One of my favorite books of the year for sure. I really want to read Night Owls too. And not the silly version here in the US with the long dumb name and ugly cover. NIGHT OWLS. Ink and Bone also looks amazing. As does Playlist for the Dead. Also, you NEED to read Darkmere so I can decide how badly I need to obtain it from overseas ;) Great choices, I hope you love them!
