Review

I have been wanting to read this series for years and after seeing the City of Bones movie I thought I would start reading the books. I do understand a lot of people have read this series numerous times and I am probably the last person in the world to read it :)

I LOVED City Of Bones. I love the world Clare has created and all the creatures in it. I love the story! There's so many twists and turns and near the end the massive twist, had me so stunned I never saw it coming, I dont think I have ever been so suprised by a twist in a book!

The characters are amazing. I love Jace I would definitely pick him over Simon. Jace sounds confident, tough and seriously hot but underneath he is so sweet and hurting, I just want to hug him. I love Clary as a main protangnist she is such a stong girl and is not all damsel in distress and doesn't need the guys help all the time. She is strubborn which I love! Another character I really loved was Luke! I just loved the love he had for Clary and her mum and for him to not be what we thought he was, was awesome, again I didnt see it coming!

Clare has created an amazing book with a world that is unique! The twists and turns are fantastic and the characters are compelling! I am a bit scared of reading the rest of the series after the twist at the end of City of bones but I need to finish this series. Its so good, I need to know what happens, how it can all be true!!!

  1. Wow, I loved this book! At the beginning I was a bit unsure but the series only gets better from here on out. I guarantee that relationships you ship so much and plot twists that will shock you will happen! I hope you continue reading and enjoy it :)

  3. So glad to see you enjoyed this. Sounds like there is a bit of a love triangle, but Clary sounds like she will be able to handle it.
