I prefer e-books now because I can carry wherever I go and I travel a lot so they take up a lot less space in my luggage and I can pack more shoes : ) I love being able to have so many options in my hand at once.

  2. Congrats on your Blogoversary! I do like the feel and smell and look of a print books, but do like the convenience of ebooks. The idea of having hundreds of books with you is pretty cool. For keepers I will get a print book, whereas I'm most likely to get an ebook for books I want to try and if the price is reasonable.

  3. I'm becoming a bigger fan of ebooks now that I have my kindle. The convenience of having hundreds of books with me at all times is amazing. However, the lack of covers in the kindle versions is kinda heart breaking.

  4. Congrats on your blogoversary!!

I am completely on the fence about this. On one hand, the techy gadget ease of use side of me adores ebooks. I have found so many new authors and books that I'd never have read cause they were only available for kindle.

On the other hand, you lose out on seeing all the gorgeous covers. To me, that's the best part about print books. Oh, and swapping! :)

  5. Thanks for the great giveaway!! I have always loved holding and feeling my books, and I really still do, but I know the ebooks are easier, saves our trees, and are alot less expensive. I own a Kindle and I really enjoy it and I am getting use to buying my ebooks.

  6. Ebooks are ok, I tend to love the smell of books though >< Ebooks are much lighter, easier to carry-so they both have perks ^^ edysicecreamlover18@gmailDOTcom GFC Krystal Larson

  7. I love both! I have a Kindle with almost 300 books on it, because they are so much cheaper to buy, but I can't stop buying paperbacks, either!! I'm just addicted to books, plain and simple, all shapes and sizes, and all formats!!

  8. I prefer paperbacks, because I still don't have a Kindle! But I wish Kindle as my Christmas present, so I think I'll be reading much more ebooks in Januar! It's really practical and you don't have to carry a lot of books with you (holiday and so on)
I also prefer paperbacks because you can turn pages yourself and not moving it with just pushing the button! It's maybe a silly reason, but I like touch with paper and not with plastic

  9. I think that both paperbacks and ebooks have their advantages and I like them book equally.

I love ebooks because they are easier to carry around with you wherever you go.

I also think that you can't beat a traditional paperbook where you actually get the chance to turn the pages.

  11. I love having something to hold, but sometimes around where I live, it takes up to a week after new releases come out for them to be "on the shelf. So when that happens I don't bother waiting and buy a Nook or Kindle for PC version.

  12. The "hippie" me loves e-books because they save the trees, and I like that. I still love the feel of a paperback over an e-book. I find that I read e-books more slowly. I don't know if that's because of the eye strain on the back-lit screen (I use an iPad) or what, but for review purposes I much prefer a paperback because I can read it more quickly.

    Thanks for the giveaway!

  13. I definitely prefer print books. I love the paper, I love the smell of paper, the colourful covers. The only reason I want the ebooks is to have with me many books when I am in vacation.
    Thanks for the giveaway!

  14. I like both formats. For stand-alone novels I like to read them on my nook, as well as trilogies. For anthologies, or any series that I am planning to rip through I prefer paperback. Something about lining up each book as I finish it feels awesome.

  15. I personally love to actually have the book in my hands, but I have no problems with e-books. Books are taking over my room, lol!

    Happy Blogoversary!
