NOTE: I want to read all the books below really badly but just haven't got around to them EXCERPT the hunger games which I don't want to read.
Everyone has there own thoughts on what makes a hyped book. My thoughts on a hype book is a book that everyone has read (well mostly everyone) and end up loving them. Here are the top ten I haven't read:
What hyped books haven't you read?
I haven't read any of those books either. Although Eleanor and Park is on my TBR. I hope to get to it eventually.

I really want to read something by Rainbow Rowell this year :)
DeleteOmg, I have literally read all of these! *self five* I never really know what makes a 'Hyped' book either, BUT, I try to read all of the books people talk about it a lot so I can join in the conversations. ;-) hehe. I haven't finished Harry Potter! That's probably my worst hyped-book-failing. >_<
ReplyDeleteHere's my TTT!
*high five* yay on reading all the books on the list :) Harry Potter :( you must finish the series.
DeleteI liked E&P and HG very much. And I, in general, don't like hyped books.
ReplyDeleteHere's my TTT post!
I really want to try a Rainbow Rowell book this year. Thanks fir stopping by :)
DeleteOf those, I'd say jump on TFIOS and Hunger Games first! Here is my list! http://wp.me/p6neRl-g2
ReplyDeleteI definitely want to pick up a John Green book this year, hopefully it will be TFIOS or papertown
DeleteShatter Me was INCREDIBLE! TFIOS and If I Stay were okay and I didn't like E&P unfortunately. Also, The Maze Runner fell flat for me and I only managed to make it half the way through D: I'm very hit or miss with hyped up books! I hope you love them if you ever get to reading any but you must read the Shatter Me trilogy sometime!! :)
ReplyDeleteMy TTT!
The only one on your list I've read was The Hunger Games which I actually liked even though I really didn't expect too. I haven't read any of the others though because I was satisfied with that ending of the story. There's a lot on here that I'd like to read - especially Percy Jackson. It just looks like such a fun read. Great list!
ReplyDeleteThe hunger game I just don't think I will like. So not sure if I will ever get to it. Percy Jackson does look fun hopefully I will get to it one day.
DeleteI enjoyed reading The Fault In Our Stars!! Nice list of books.
ReplyDeleteHere's a link to my TTT post for this week: http://captivatedreader.blogspot.com/2015/07/top-ten-tuesday-top-ten-hyped-books-ive.html
Thanks for stopping by. I hope to get to The fault in our stars soon.
DeleteI haven't read The Lightning Thief (but I saw the movie) or Eleanor & Park, but I've read all the others. I loved most of them. I thought Shatetr Me was good but not great. I hated some of the characters in it. I liked Divergent and Insugent but hated Allegiant.

Hey, I've actually read five on your list, yay! I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Gayle Forman's If I Stay. And if you're only okay with it, read it again in awhile. It gets better the second time. =p
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my TTT!
Woohoo! Finally someone else who admits that they haven't read the hunger games! I was actually scared to put that one up on my list because I thought someone might throw a rotten fruit at me. We share a lot of the same books for this one. *high five*
ReplyDeleteDaughter of Smoke and Bone, Eleanor and Park & Throne of Glass are all great reads. Hope you get a chance to read them soon. MyTTT
ReplyDeleteI highly suggest you read Daughter of Smoke & Bone! Unlike anything I have ever read, Laini Taylor is a genius!! :)
ReplyDeleteBut... it's The Hunger Games. My brain does not compute ;) I have read most of these, and actually liked them all too! The only ones I haven't read are Lightning Thief, DoSaB, and Eleanor and Park. The rest were all great though!
