Last week I put up my review of The 5th Wave (you can check out the review above) and I wrote it in a different style to my usual reviews, telling you my thoughts and emotions while reading it. I am going to do the same in my review below of The Infinite Sea, I hope you enjoy!
My thoughts and emotions while reading The Infinite Sea
"Holy shit! The opener is intense and shocking!"
"I am loving Ringer."
"OMG, what the hell are you doing, teacup?"
"Oh thank God, Evan!!!"
"Who the hell is Grace? I'm not sure about her."
"Sam, Cassie, Evan, Ben, holy crap, no one die!!"
"Awh pancake. :("
"Holy shit, Evan!" (I said Holy shit a lot throughout The Infinite Sea)
"What the hell just happened? Where the hell did she come from? I remember her, I knew she would appear again."
"Breathe...these aliens are sick. Those poor children, my nerves are on edge."
"I swear this girl is unhinged."
"What?!?"
"OMG, thank God."
"Seriously, how many times are you going to give me a heart attack, Mr Yancey."
"Oh God, Poundcake. Noooooo. *Cries so much*
"Oh shit we are back with Crazy Ass alien commander."
"Ringer :("
"OMG..Alien tech, isn't a good sign."
"Razor..I heart."
"Go Ringer, you kick ass heroine."
"Are you kidding me. How do you make me trust these characters and then pull there trust out from under me."
"Seriously.. my head is melted."
"My heart, I can't stop crying, I heart Ringer so much."
"And breathe...."
The Infinite Sea was so intense and brilliant. The writing was fantastic and the way the storyline is all coming together is amazing. This book didn't suffer middle book syndrome (we all know the second book in a series isn't always as good as the first and last books). I rated this higher than the first. This book is all about Ringer and I fricking loved it. I am so excited for the conclusion of this trilogy, The Last Star. Bring it on!
