Book Haul- So many books not enough time

Stacking The Shelves is weekly meme where we share all the books we have added to our shelves whether it's physically or digitally. For more info check out the awesome host Tynga's Reviews

Note: I will still be taking part in The Sunday Post which will feature posts from the week as well as posts to come, along with fun little things from my week.

So I haven't done a haul in a few months due to my book slump which we are not talking about because it is now gone and it is not coming back. In May I received and brought way too many books. I think because I was in a slump for a few months I just needed all the books. And have ended up with 30! Grab a cup of tea and get ready to add to your TBR.

Brought books

*The sliver chain ( The Sliver Chain Series #1) by Primula Bond - Brought in a charity shop for a pound.

Hunter Of Shadows (By moonlight #5) by Nancy Gideon - Brought paperback for £1.44 on amazon, didn't realise it was the 5th book but it is a series am interested in.

* A court of thorns and roses (ACOTAR #1) by Sarah J Mass - I finally brought it enough said :)

I got the next three paperbacks for £5.00 in The Works

Vampire Academy (Vampire Academy #1) by Richelle Mead- I have read this series and its spin off but I needed this edition to match my set as I had the ugly cover of Vampire Academy.

Chasing You (Love wanted in Texas #5) by Kelly Elliott - Its a new adult contemporary romance that I think can be read as a standalone.

* A million miles away by Lara Avery- I brought a hardback of Amazon for just over £2 bargain!

Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher- This turned up on my doorstep from the publisher. Am not sure if am going to read it and I haven't watched the Netflix show. It's just not something I want to read or watch at the moment.

*Odd & true by Cat Winters - I won a paperback arc from the author on Twitter. It's a YA historical fantasy that releases in September.

*A little Princess by Frances Hodgson Burnett - I never read this as a child but this edition looked so pretty I just had to buy it to add to my collection.

Miss you Kate Eberlen - This just sounded good it was an impulse buy when I was doing a food shop in Asda.

I have no secrets by Penny Joelson- Received for review consideration.

And that is it. That was so long but I have some exciting books to read. What did you get recently?

  2. Huge haul! Jill Shalvis is an author I really want to read, and A Little Princes is such a heartwarming book (well it's bleak in the middle, but it has all the feel good feels.) I'm not sure if I'll ever read 13 Reasons Why, but I did enjoy the Netflix series. Happy reading!
