#Review The Wright Boss by K.A. Linde

Today I am excited to share my review of The Wright Boss by K.A. Linde. This is the second book in which K.A Linde has written about a Wright Brother however this book can be read as a standalone. If you want to check out my review of the first Wright Brother book, The Wright Brother you can check it out here. I was provided an e-arc from Ink Slinger PR in exchange for an honest review.

A new stand alone office romance from USA Today bestselling author K.A. Linde...

I’ve always had one rule:

Don’t mix business and pleasure.

But then Landon Wright comes home to his family’s construction company with a broken back and a beaten heart and ends up as my new sexy boss. As the office gets heated, I’m thinking about throwing the rulebook out the window.

If only there weren’t a million reasons this could never work.

We may have shared a single perfect kiss, but I can’t let our intense connection cloud my judgment. Not with everything I’ve worked for on the line.

Dating your boss is so very, very wrong…even if he feels so Wright.

The Wright Boss is the second book in the Wright Brother series. Each book is told from a different Wright Brother and his love interest. I did enjoy the first book when I read it a few months back and I have to say I enjoyed this one more giving it a 3.5/3.75 stars.

The Wright Boss is Landon Wright's story. And I really enjoyed hearing from his perspective and his love interest as it's told in duel POV. Heidi was one of my favorite characters in The Wright Brother and I loved seeing more of her in this book. She's a character you can easily fall in love with. You also see the characters from the first book as well and even though this can be read as a standalone I think I would have missed the back story of the other characters.

I enjoyed the plot it was very dramatic a lot of will they won't they, a lot of things getting in the way of the romance. I enjoyed Heidi's own underlying personal struggle as well but I just wish it was developed a bit more. Whereas in The Wright Brother I felt the middle of the book was a bit slow I found the pacing of this book to go way to fast toward the middle and it was like bam bam bam. Don't get me wrong I like a fast paced book but I just wish it has slowed down a bit. Overall I really enjoyed my time with Landon and Heidi and am excited to read the next book in the series all about Austin Wright.
